About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for expanding and managing the international company bike leasing offering (e.g., JobRad)
- Develop business cases as well as marketing partnerships and concepts for the leasing segment
- Act as the central contact person for internal departments such as Marketing, Retail, Finance and leasing partners
- Build and further develop strategic partnerships in the leasing market with a focus on customer needs
- Advance digital solutions to simplify the leasing process (e.g., optimizations in the online shop, integration of interfaces)
- Improve company bike leasing processes to enhance the customer experience
- Strategically expand and manage partnerships with company bike leasing partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Retail, Accounting and Marketing
- Independently develop and maintain monitoring processes
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Sales or a comparable qualification
- At least three years of experience in the leasing business or in B2B sales/marketing, ideally in the bicycle or mobility sector
- Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
- Independent, structured and result-oriented working style
- Passion for bicycles, mobility and sustainable concepts
- Very good German and English skills
