Responsibilities
- Ser el punto de conexión entre las líneas de negocio de whole round fish, precooked loins y finished goods, liderando la estructura operativa para LATAM y apoyando la toma de decisiones estratégicas de la región
- Coordinar y optimizar las operaciones comerciales en los puertos de descarga de LATAM
- Supervisar los procesos logísticos, contractuales y documentales, asegurando el cumplimiento normativo
- Colaborar con las áreas de EMEA y WESPAC para fortalecer las operaciones globales de trading
- Liderar y desarrollar equipos de operaciones, promoviendo una cultura de mejora continua
- Impulsar iniciativas de eficiencia, sostenibilidad y rentabilidad regional
- Representar a la compañía ante autoridades y actores clave de Ecuador y Panamá
Requirements
- Al menos 6 años de experiencia en posiciones de liderazgo comercial, operaciones logísticas y trading internacional
- Formación universitaria en Negocios, Comercio Internacional o afines (valorable posgrado o máster)
- Experiencia en la industria pesquera o alimentaria, especialmente con operaciones en LATAM
- Manejo avanzado de herramientas como Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, MS Teams, Smartsheet, Excel y Outlook
- Inglés y español fluidos (oral y escrito)
- Disponibilidad para viajar internacionalmente
