Responsibilities
Conducting process analysis and definitions
Requirement gathering on implementation projects
Stakeholder management during implementation projects
Supporting IT and Omnichannel strategy definition and implementation
Change management activities, such as training material creation and training of users
Requirements
1 to 3 + years of experience within the commercial field, ideally in a project-based setting
Technical understanding is a plus, as many of our projects support the IT organization
Familiarity with Salesforce, Veeva or CRM systems is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English
Ability to create compelling presentations and confidently present to diverse audiences
Proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude and curiosity to learn
Comfortable working in agile teams and remote environments
Experience working with global or regulated industries (e.g., pharma, finance) is a plus
Consulting experience (ideally with firms like Accenture, Deloitte, etc.) is a plus
