Requirements
- 1 to 3 + years of experience within the commercial field, ideally in a project-based setting
- Technical understanding is a plus, as many of our projects support the IT organization
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Veeva or CRM systems is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Ability to create compelling presentations and confidently present to diverse audiences
- Proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude and curiosity to learn
- Comfortable working in agile teams and remote environments
- Experience working with global or regulated industries (e.g., pharma, finance) is a plus
- Consulting experience (ideally with firms like Accenture, Deloitte, etc.) is a plus
