About the role

  • Conducting process analysis and definitions
  • Requirement gathering on implementation projects
  • Stakeholder management during implementation projects
  • Supporting IT and Omnichannel strategy definition and implementation
  • Change management activities, such as training material creation and training of users

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 + years of experience within the commercial field, ideally in a project-based setting
  • Technical understanding is a plus, as many of our projects support the IT organization
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Veeva or CRM systems is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English
  • Ability to create compelling presentations and confidently present to diverse audiences
  • Proactive mindset with a “can-do” attitude and curiosity to learn
  • Comfortable working in agile teams and remote environments
  • Experience working with global or regulated industries (e.g., pharma, finance) is a plus
  • Consulting experience (ideally with firms like Accenture, Deloitte, etc.) is a plus
