About the role
- DevOps Cloud Specialist optimizing AWS or Azure platforms and managing cloud architectures at Maplr nurturing technology innovation in Quebec.
Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize AWS or Azure platforms on a daily basis.
- Implement and automate cloud infrastructure operations.
- Deploy and maintain cloud architectures using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM).
- Implement and improve CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
- Manage and monitor Kubernetes clusters and optimize their performance.
- Implement DevSecOps best practices and ensure infrastructure security.
- Keep up with technology trends and propose innovative solutions.
- Work closely with development and architecture teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of IT experience, with expertise in Cloud and DevOps.
- Proficient with AWS or Azure environments; certification is a major asset.
- Strong experience in CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Deep knowledge of DevSecOps and cloud security best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience optimizing performance.
- Passionate about innovation and curious about new technologies.
- Bilingual (French & English) — an asset for collaborating with our partners.
