About the role

Act as the subject-matter expert for all software aspects within the business area
Support the software architects in the business area to ensure correct application of Beneva’s architecture framework
Serve as the software representative for the business area at the enterprise level to escalate issues and obtain validation for technology and architecture decisions
Act as a leader and facilitator with the management of the business area
Align and coordinate with enterprise architecture
Contribute to the development and optimization of software engineering processes, involving industrialization and cloud concepts, supported by Agile approaches (DevOps)
Provide guidance and coaching to teams within the business area
Promote Beneva’s cloud-first strategy by integrating AWS platform services into architectures
Participate in various strategic committees as a software expert advisor
Lead initiatives within the business area to define or validate new architectures

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
10 years of development experience, including at least 5 years as an architect or technical lead
Experience in large-scale projects involving modern IT and cloud technologies, particularly platform and application integration
Experience delivering projects in Agile mode and strong knowledge of Agile practices (SAFe) and DevOps methodologies
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in French, both spoken and written, with functional proficiency in English, both spoken and written
