About the role

  • Client Solutions Manager supporting client-facing initiatives and driving campaign execution at Ampverse, a leading gaming marketing services company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across media, broadcast, and online platforms.
  • Assist in strategic planning and presentations for large, key client campaigns.
  • Execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns in real-time.
  • Resolve day-to-day client and campaign issues effectively.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and provide strategic insights to improve client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate internally and externally to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners to enhance service quality.
  • Work closely with clients to drive retention business.
  • Collaborate with talent managers to ensure timely content delivery.
  • Draft clear briefs for talent/talent managers.
  • Review pitch decks to ensure KPIs are accurate and achievable.
  • Explore innovative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Support campaign budget management, ensuring margins and ROI are optimized.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in client-facing roles within advertising, media, or related industries.
  • Familiarity with the local gaming industry.
  • Creative and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, TikTok).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
