Responsibilities
Support Firms business objectives and contribute to Markets profitability and revenue growth by ensuring service expectations of clients are met and exceeded
Proactively manage the client experience across the Market
Review and approve client documents and transactions as delegated by the Office Management Team (OMT)
Participate in the management and training & development of the Market's Client Associates and Service Support Staff
Requirements
Minimum 3 - 5 years financial services experience preferred
Series 7 (SIE, 7 Top-Off) AND Series 66 (or Series 63 AND Series 65), Series 9 AND Series 10 (or Series 8) or equivalent licenses SIE strongly preferred
Strong client service and communication skills
Knowledge of regulatory, supervisory, and corporate policies and procedures
