About the role

  • Associate Client Relationship Manager supporting service expectations and client experiences in wealth management. Contributes to profitability and trains team members for effective service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Support Firms business objectives and contribute to Markets profitability and revenue growth by ensuring service expectations of clients are met and exceeded
  • Proactively manage the client experience across the Market
  • Review and approve client documents and transactions as delegated by the Office Management Team (OMT)
  • Participate in the management and training & development of the Market's Client Associates and Service Support Staff

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years financial services experience preferred
  • Series 7 (SIE, 7 Top-Off) AND Series 66 (or Series 63 AND Series 65), Series 9 AND Series 10 (or Series 8) or equivalent licenses SIE strongly preferred
  • Strong client service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of regulatory, supervisory, and corporate policies and procedures
  • Investment product knowledge (i.e., 401K, Options, Annuities, Tax, Retirement Plans, Money Funds, Mutual Funds, Liabilities, Margin, Trust Operations, etc.)
  • Good organizational skills, including the ability to effectively plan, organize and prioritize tasks
  • Previous experience managing a team of at least 10 including the ability to monitor, influence, negotiate, supervise, and delegate a plus
