Responsibilities
Independent client-side management of a wide range of new-build, conversion and modernization projects
Conceptual development of larger renovation and new-build projects
Coordination and management of external planners and contractors
Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, such as fire protection, occupational safety, and the Building Energy Act (GEG), among others
Performing target–actual analyses, cost-effectiveness calculations and monitoring project budgets
Safeguarding the client’s interests with regard to schedules, costs and quality
Communication with authorities, expert assessors and other planning stakeholders
Planning and coordination of minor repair and maintenance measures
Central point of contact for internal project stakeholders
Requirements
Completed (technical) university degree in civil engineering, architecture or industrial engineering with a focus on construction
Professional experience in managing construction projects with a focus on building construction
Solid knowledge of construction law, construction technology and business/financial aspects
Familiarity with planning guidelines and regulations such as VOB, HOAI, LBO, etc.
Strong project management skills
Independent working style, initiative and resilience
Professional demeanor, strong communication and teamwork skills
Valid driving license (class B)
