About the role

  • Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create treatment plans
  • Provide customer service for clients and collaborate with the team
  • Participate in community marketing and outreach activities
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients meet goals
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation per guidelines
  • Achieve and maintain a caseload of 25 clients per week

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related fields
  • LMSW, LPC, LLP, or LP licensure at time of hire (transitional licenses not considered)
  • Experience with diagnostic assessments and treatment plans
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to model appropriate boundaries with clients
  • Familiarity with a diverse client base
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
