About the role

Responsibilities

Requirements
- De formation bac au minimum, vous justifiez d'une expérience dans la relation client, idéalement en gestion de réclamations, qui vous a permis de développer un réel sens du service et de la satisfaction client.
- Vous êtes force de proposition dans la résolution de problématiques et vous possédez une réelle capacité à arbitrer et à prendre des décisions.
- Rigoureux (-se), vous disposez d'un excellent rédactionnel, d'une parfaite maîtrise de l'orthographe et vous êtes à l'aise avec le contact par téléphone.
- Vous êtes **bilingue en italien **et à l'aise à l'anglais
