About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead category reviews, manage product assortment, and introduce innovative products to drive growth and speed to market.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies through flyers and other initiatives aligned with category goals.
- Negotiate with vendors on marketing, promotions, and pricing; collaborate with Retail Pricing to enhance category performance.

Requirements
- 6-9 years of relevant progressively responsible experience. Knowledge of bakery items would be considered an asset.
- Have a bachelor’s degree in business or marketing (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
