About the role
- Plan, prioritize and discuss work items and release scope together with the team tickets
- Work in sprint and agile mode in project management to ensure timely delivery of products (Sprint – 14 days)
- Ensure the writing technical specifications and architecture modeling
- Realize test before a launch
- Resolve bugs in an efficient and timely manner
- Fill in all the stages of the project and view the progress of other projects
- Stay informed regarding new technologies and market trends to keep skills up to date and improve application performance
- Analyze the performance of existing applications and deploy improvements
- Responsible for documenting the code so that other developers can easily understand and use the code.
Requirements
- Technical Development Skills: must have software development skills and be comfortable with common programming languages such as C#, F#, etc.
- Automation skills: must be able to automate deployment, testing and build processes to reduce cycle times and improve software quality.
- Problem Solving Skills: Must be able to quickly resolve operational, performance, security and bug issues in code.
- Analytical thinking: Must translate client requirements to working code that fits in the existing architecture or extend the architecture in a reliable way.
- Communication skills: Must be able to communicate effectively with development team members, system administrators, support team and stakeholders.
