About the role
- Business Unit Director responsible for growth and strategy of TÜV NORD Nederland's Certification Unit. Leading a team of 170, focusing on innovation and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Verantwoordelijk voor het (door)ontwikkelen en implementeren van de BU strategie
- P&L verantwoordelijkheid voor de Business Unit Certification (20 mio euro)
- Aansturing van het team van 170 medewerkers via 5 direct reports, waarbij de focus ligt op coaching en ontwikkeling
- Business development: Initiëren en implementeren van innovaties in producten, product-marktcombinaties en processen, met een sterke nadruk op digitalisering en AI
- Verantwoordelijk voor stakeholdermanagement met zowel bestaande als nieuwe interne en externe relaties
- Lid van het directieteam van TÜV NORD Nederland.
Requirements
- HBO / WO werk- en denkniveau
- Minimaal 7 jaar ervaring in een senior managementpositie binnen de zakelijke dienstverlening, bijvoorbeeld binnen consultancy, ingenieursbureaus, energiesector, telecom, detachering, etc.
- Bewezen trackrecord in business development
- Ervaren in het dragen van een P&L verantwoordelijkheid
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift
- Woonachtig binnen een straal van 1 uur reistijd rondom Son
