About the role
- Support logistics and warehousing teams by ensuring IT systems meet business requirements
- Optimise system performance and support integrations (Manufacturing, Shopfloor systems, Warehousing)
- Support and enhance logistics and warehousing processes across inbound, outbound, and onsite logistics in Infor M3
- Ensure warehousing, manufacturing and quality management applications meet business needs and end-user requirements; identify and resolve system issues
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into IT system requirements and practical solutions
- Ensure new software integrations meet functional requirements, comply with system standards, and align with interface specifications; perform impact analysis of monthly cloud release updates
- Translate business requirements into working solutions and create technical designs and configuration documents
- Contribute to system development, testing, and training activities
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot system issues, and identify areas for process and system improvements
- Coordinate with external support partners to maintain system performance and ensure service quality
- Work closely with international teams to ensure smooth system operations and continuous improvement of end-to-end supply chain processes
Requirements
- Deep expertise with Infor M3 CloudSuite in manufacturing, shopfloor systems, and warehousing
- Good understanding of WMS processes and Factory Track usage in warehouse environments
- Previous experience in a global manufacturing environment; food industry background is a plus
- Familiarity with compliance and quality assurance requirements
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting application lifecycle activities, including development, operations, and support
- Ability to work effectively in a complex collaborative, matrix environment with virtual teams in a multi-cultural / geographically diverse environment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the capacity for mature judgment in challenging situations
- Strong command of spoken and written English; knowledge of German is a plus
- Important: valid work and residence permit required for non-EU applicants
