About the role

  • Elicitation of business requirements and proposal of functional solutions
  • Analysis and documentation of processes related to credit, real estate and valuations
  • Preparation of functional specifications and technical support documents
  • Design, planning and execution of functional tests against the defined requirements
  • Business process modelling and support for their implementation in internal systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering or Information Technology
  • Minimum of 12 months’ experience in similar roles
  • Previous experience with financial institutions or credit projects (required)
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage lending and property origination and valuation processes (required)
  • Familiarity with real estate valuation methodologies and the interpretation of appraisal reports
  • Excellent command of MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
  • Fluency in English (required).
