Requirements
- Experience in the payments domain (as a BA, Integration Analyst, or similar role)
- Strong understanding of SEPA, TIPS, RT1, TARGET2 or other CMS and ability to explain them in simple words
- Ability to analyze complex problems and work confidently with data
- Clear communication with both business and technical teams
- Strong collaboration with developers, product managers, and clients
- Proactivity and accountability in taking ownership and driving improvements
