About the role

Responsibilities
- Contribute to shaping future-oriented processes in center management and/or leasing operations
- Actively support the expansion of our CRM & Sales Cloud (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE)
- Elicit requirements and design appropriate solution approaches
- Structure and optimize existing processes
- Implement solutions in Dynamics 365 as well as in adjacent contract and billing systems
- Assist in the preparation and development of test and training materials
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or a comparable field of study
- Ideally experience in the (strategic) development of CRM systems — preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Initial experience participating in CRM projects
- Proven ability to clearly formulate requirements
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to adapt communication to different stakeholders and to communicate effectively
- Strong analytical skills and quick comprehension
