About the role
- BIM/Revit Technician supporting Amentum’s infrastructure work for the Royal Navy at HMNB Devonport. Involves multidiscipline engineering design and CAD production.
Responsibilities
- support Amentum’s ongoing or planned infrastructure work around the existing 5 Basin at HMNB Devonport
- help ensure its long-term relevance for the Royal Navy's future fleet
- work in a multidiscipline Engineering Industrial design team
- produce 3D CAD information in a BIM environment
- production of 2D/3D drawings
- capability across Electrical/Mechanical disciplines including Electrical Building Services
Requirements
- knowledge of the electrical/mechanical engineering discipline
- experienced in engineering in a defence or nuclear related industry preferred but not essential
- experience in aspects of electrical/mechanical building services, power, lighting, CCTV, Alarms, Etc
- familiar with working in a secure environment
- relevant qualification minimum, HND or equivalent
- UK National, able and willing to obtain SC level security clearance, must have been resident in the UK for the preceding 5 years
