About the role
- Build and maintain APIs in a serverless AWS environment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, PMs, QA, and developers.
- Write and test high-quality code using Mocha/Chai.
- Improve complex systems for performance and availability.
- Support mission-critical federal applications in an agile environment.
- Occasional on-site presence may be required to support client needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend/full-stack development experience.
- Proficient in NodeJS, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Recent NodeJS expertise and strong full-stack experience.
- Hands-on with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFormation, S3, SNS, SQS.
- Experience with ElasticSearch.
- Write and test high-quality code (Mocha/Chai).
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience.
- U.S. work authorization required; Public Trust clearance required (fingerprinting, background check).
- Federal project experience is a huge plus!
