Responsibilities
Conduct in-person visits and promote the benefits of CareCredit to healthcare providers across the Wellness industry
Drive product adoption and engagement within assigned territory
Prioritize accounts and set practice-level strategies
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities
Develop long term client relationships with physician offices
Assist in identifying growth opportunities for providers
Engage with office staff and doctors/owners to ensure clear understanding of CareCredit program
Lead sales strategy and manage budget for assigned territory
Utilize identified sales strategies to achieve results
Maintain knowledge of Synchrony/Health & Wellness products and offerings
Meet performance measurements and KPI expectations
Assist with commercialization of provider Point of Sale initiatives
Coordinate with the Enrollment team for smooth post-sale handoff and activation
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years sales experience including 1+ years of Consultative Sales experience
Ability to travel daily up to 80% field with 50% overnight travel
Ideal candidate will reside within the Atlanta Metro or surrounding suburbs
BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
Outside sales experience, Field Sales and Virtual/tele-sales experience
Skilled in virtual engagement, data-driven selling - supported by CRM insights
