About the role
- Atlassian Consultant working in a hybrid model to assist clients in agile processes and Atlassian tools integration. Managing projects and fostering team collaboration in IT environments.
Responsibilities

- Du erstellst kollaborative Intranets basierend auf Confluence (z. B. Success Story – Digital Workplace for BSH).
- Du erstellst Workflows in Jira, um Geschäftsprozesse zu digitalisieren.
- Du steuerst Projekte und koordinierst unser internes Entwicklerteam, um die Funktionen der Atlassian-Tools durch Apps und Makros zu erweitern.
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, BWL o. Ä. oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- Mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Atlassian-Produkten wie Jira und Confluence.
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Projekterfahrung mit Kunden im DACH-Raum.
- Neugier und Freude daran, Prozesse und Systeme zu verstehen und zu verbessern; Service- und Kundenorientierung ist für dich selbstverständlich.
- Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein, Einsatzbereitschaft und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise.
- Kommunikationsgeschick und Spaß an Teamarbeit.
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
- Idealerweise Atlassian-Zertifizierung bzw. Interesse daran sowie mehrjährige praktische Administrationserfahrung mit Jira, Confluence oder anderen Atlassian-Tools (Bitbucket, Bamboo) und Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Projektsteuerung.
