Requirements

- Proven experience in PHP 8+ migrations and upgrades.
- Proficiency in PDO, OOP, and design principles.
- Solid experience with MS SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Experience with Composer for dependency and package management.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control (Git).
