About the role
- Lead a PHP development team in designing, developing, and maintaining healthcare applications.
- Provide architectural guidance and ensure best practices in PHP development (object-oriented design principles, design patterns).
- Lead SugarCRM customization and integration projects.
- Manage migrations and upgrades to PHP 8+.
- Mentor team members and ensure high-quality code delivery.
- Work with databases including MS SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in PHP development.
- Strong expertise in SugarCRM development and customization.
- Proven experience in PHP 8+ migrations and upgrades.
- Proficiency in PDO, OOP, and design principles.
- Solid experience with MS SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Experience with Composer for dependency and package management.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control (Git).
