About the role
- Associate Founding Engineer contributing to a privacy-first CRM at a fast-growing AI startup. Working alongside experienced engineers and participating in all areas of product development.
Responsibilities
- Act as the technical right-hand to our founding engineers
- Contribute to core features across our React Web App, Electron Desktop Client, Swift Mobile App, and two backend services
- Get direct mentorship from senior technical leaders who’ve built systems used by millions
- Be involved in product discussions early
- As you prove your strengths, you’ll take on more responsibility and help shape our engineering culture
Requirements
- University degree in Math, Informatics or any adjacent subject
- Solid foundation in TypeScript and modern React
- A growth mindset with demonstrated ability to learn fast and ship reliably
- Demonstratable experience in one or more of: mobile (Swift), desktop (Electron/React), or Web (React/Node.js, REST/WebSockets)
- Comfort working in GitHub-based teams with code reviews and CI pipelines
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
