Responsibilities
Work as a part of a deal team to engage with new prospects
Conduct high volume calling to engage and establish relationships with C-level executives and business owners
Organize creative prospecting activities that generate new acquisition opportunities
Engage with business owners and discuss M&A options
Build and maintain long term relationships with key stakeholders
Manage the full M&A process from initial outreach to completion
Track and record metrics utilizing internal CRM
Meet and exceed business development goals individually and as a team
Provide timely updates to internal teams and clients
Requirements
3-4 years of experience in a business development environment
Experience selling and closing corporate deals
Experience with C-level client base
Demonstrated discipline in relationship management best practices
Strong project management skills
Strong expertise in Excel, PowerPoint and CRMs (preferably Salesforce)
