About the role

  • Work as a part of a deal team to engage with new prospects
  • Conduct high volume calling to engage and establish relationships with C-level executives and business owners
  • Organize creative prospecting activities that generate new acquisition opportunities
  • Engage with business owners and discuss M&A options
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Manage the full M&A process from initial outreach to completion
  • Track and record metrics utilizing internal CRM
  • Meet and exceed business development goals individually and as a team
  • Provide timely updates to internal teams and clients

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in a business development environment
  • Experience selling and closing corporate deals
  • Experience with C-level client base
  • Demonstrated discipline in relationship management best practices
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong expertise in Excel, PowerPoint and CRMs (preferably Salesforce)
