Approve visual assets and establish quality standards in alignment with the Art Director's direction;
Understand and contribute to each project's art bible and communicate it to the team;
Create compelling visuals inspired by new licenses or existing intellectual properties;
Lead cross-departmental art discussions;
Actively participate in defining, maintaining, and evolving the artistic vision.
Requirements
Previous experience as an Associate Art Director with at least two shipped titles of high quality and varied styles.
Experience in client management and the ability to adapt to original or existing intellectual properties, whether internal or external, within a video game context.
Proven strength in conceptual and big-picture thinking across diverse projects and brands.
Strong understanding of the different artistic phases within a production pipeline.
Excellent innovation skills and a deep understanding of the creative process.
A passion for video games, film, comics, and artistic culture in general, to support the horror genre and the artistic variety we deliver in a game like Dead by Daylight.
