Responsibilities
- Work on a cross functional team supporting various internal teams while managing projects.
- Analyze data provided by customers and Group Purchasing Organizations.
- Gather all eligibility and process contract connections to each account.
- Ensure project timelines are met by overseeing all project activities.
- Provide administrative support, including progress tracking and documentation.
- Oversee pricing communications related to distribution implementation.
- Engage with the vendor community and collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and customers.
- Lead conference calls to educate customers on processes and timelines.
- Maintain open communication with customers and the sales team about project progress.
- Appropriately escalate issues and develop resolution plans with management assistance.
- Monitor price accuracy following the go-live date.
- Facilitate onboarding for new team members in the pricing projects role.
- Assist in developing and enhancing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years of experience providing customer service to internal and/or external customers
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel
- Experience using time management skills
- Experience working through details of a problem, overcoming obstacles, and reaching a positive solution
- Experience presenting to and communicating with various audiences
- Experience collaborating with internal and external resources.
- At least 1 years of pricing experience (preferred).
- Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (preferred).
