Responsibilities
- Assist senior team members in gathering and synthesizing competitive intelligence and data to create comprehensive reports.
- Consolidate analysis across a variety of factors related to customer opportunities to inform projects in the assigned business area.
- Coordinate communication of team project plans and expectations, support the execution of projects including ticket submission and presentation creation, and partner cross-functionally to execute project plans to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
- Aid in pulling data from Adobe Analytics and other reporting suites to inform decisioning.
- Review industry research to develop functional knowledge, sharing key insights with the team.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives by leveraging data insights and cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth and enhance customer experience.
