About the role
- Supporting the Global Supply Chain Director with a focus on project management and process optimization. Collaborating with international teams to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support for the Head of Global Supply Chain Management on organizational and strategic matters.
- Close collaboration with international teams for project coordination.
- Support international supply chain projects across all phases – from planning and implementation through to results evaluation.
- Preparation of relevant KPIs and reports, and development of presentations for management meetings.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or a degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 2–3 years of professional experience in an assistant role, ideally in supply chain, logistics, or an international environment.
- Experience or knowledge in supply chain or logistics is an advantage, as is experience with common ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
- At least good written and spoken English skills.
- A structured working style and strong organizational skills.
- A team player who can communicate effectively at different levels of the organization.
