Responsibilities
Responsibility for a defined asset portfolio in the Southern region
Ensuring claim management and independently leading negotiations
Contributing to ensuring operations remain compliant with permits
Contract management, including monitoring contract durations and terms
Preparing performance analyses (e.g., availability, downtime) and developing optimization measures
Invoice review and approval
Point of contact for partners, authorities, landowners, grid operators and other stakeholders
Monthly reporting for your portfolio
Analyzing regulatory frameworks and industry trends and deriving recommended actions
Contributing to the further development and digitization of Asset Management
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in the wind energy sector
Solid knowledge of wind turbine technology and contract/claim management
Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
Assertiveness, negotiation skills and strong analytical capability
Team spirit, strong communication skills and self-initiative
Structured, organized working style
Willingness to travel and a driving licence category B (BE advantageous)
Business-fluent German and English
