Responsibilities
- Responsibility for a defined asset portfolio in the Southern region
- Ensuring claim management and independently leading negotiations
- Contributing to ensuring operations remain compliant with permits
- Contract management, including monitoring contract durations and terms
- Preparing performance analyses (e.g., availability, downtime) and developing optimization measures
- Invoice review and approval
- Point of contact for partners, authorities, landowners, grid operators and other stakeholders
- Monthly reporting for your portfolio
- Analyzing regulatory frameworks and industry trends and deriving recommended actions
- Contributing to the further development and digitization of Asset Management
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the wind energy sector
- Solid knowledge of wind turbine technology and contract/claim management
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Assertiveness, negotiation skills and strong analytical capability
- Team spirit, strong communication skills and self-initiative
- Structured, organized working style
- Willingness to travel and a driving licence category B (BE advantageous)
- Business-fluent German and English
