- IAM Architect tasked with developing and implementing IAM vision at Pandora. Enhancing IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow and Microsoft Entra ID while collaborating with HR and IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the vision for IAM in Pandora
- Enhance SailPoint ISC and current LCS processes
- Collaborate with teams to align IAM capabilities with business needs
- Configure and maintain identity lifecycle workflows and access requests
- Monitor and troubleshoot IAM services for high availability and performance
- Support audits and compliance reporting
Requirements
- Experience as an IAM Architect
- Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow and Microsoft Entra ID
- Strong skills in developing IAM solutions
- Knowledge of IAM governance, policies, and documentation
- Experience with Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes
- Programming skills: Java BeanShell, PowerShell
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with APIs: REST, LDAP, SAML, OAuth
- Ability to collaborate with HR, IT Security, and Infrastructure teams
