About the role

  • Appointment Setter connecting potential customers with Green Energy Windows for energy-efficient solutions. Engaging leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining documentation in a hybrid workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reaching out to leads and engaging them in conversation about our products.
  • Educating customers on the benefits of energy-efficient windows and how they can save on energy bills.
  • Scheduling appointments for our skilled sales team to meet with interested clients.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow-ups in our system.
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly and engaging approach.
  • A passion for customer service and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is beneficial, but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A valid driver’s license is required for potential client meetings.
