About the role
- Application & Support Engineer for a technology company specializing in electronic testing systems. Responsibilities include customer support, training, and documentation creation in Düsseldorf.
Responsibilities
- Support customers and representatives domestically and internationally
- Conduct technical training for test and production systems
- Develop test programs based on CAD data and bills of materials
- Install, maintain and calibrate systems on-site at customer locations
- Execute test assignments
- Support the sales team on complex projects
- Prepare technical documentation and reports
Requirements
- Completed degree, ideally in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Measurement and Control Engineering; alternatively, qualification as an experienced technician
- Strong knowledge of electronics/electrical engineering
- Experience in quality assurance for electronic assemblies and/or PCB development is an advantage
- Business-fluent German (C1)
- Good written and spoken English
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
