About the role
- Application Engineer at HÖRMANN Intralogistics creating tailored solutions for intralogistics. Analyzing customer needs and coordinating technical planning and project execution.
Responsibilities
- Kundenanforderungen analysieren – Bewertung technischer Anforderungen und Entwicklung passgenauer Intralogistiklösungen
- Systemlayouts entwickeln – Erarbeitung und Auslegung von Systemlayouts in enger Abstimmung mit den Sales Managern.
- Lösungen kalkulieren – Erstellung technischer Konzepte inklusive Kosten- und Aufwandsabschätzung.
- Schnittstelle zur Technik – Koordination zwischen Vertrieb, Projektleitung und technischen Fachabteilungen.
- Dokumentation & Präsentation – Aufbereitung und Vorstellung technischer Lösungen bei Kundenpräsentationen.
- Innovationen vorantreiben – Aktive Beteiligung an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Lösungsportfolios.
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erste Berufserfahrung in der Projektierung von Intralogistiksystemen oder vergleichbaren Bereichen
- Technisches Verständnis im Bereich Automatisierung oder Materialflusstechnik sowie sicherer Umgang mit CAD-Tools (z. B. AutoCAD) und MS Office
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft: ca. 2 Tage pro Monat
