Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the product team and stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications and solutions
- Customize forms, tables, cloud flows, and business processes within D365
- Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
- Package and support deployment of releases
- Analyze and resolve technical and application problems
- Adhere to high-quality development principles while delivering solutions on-time and within scope
- Able to focus on multiple projects concurrently
- Adhere to change management policies
- Actively participate in Agile meetings/ceremonies (e.g. daily standup, sprint review, sprint retrospective, sprint planning, backlog refinement, PI planning, etc.)
Requirements
- Adept at crafting PowerApps and Power Platform solutions
- Strong experience with JavaScript customizations on Dynamics 365 forms (e.g., form logic, ribbon commands, onChange/onSave events)
- Creating and maintaining Power Automate flows, including moderate to complex logic flows
- Ability to test and validate customizations such as forms, views, tables, fields in D365
- Deep understanding of Customer Service and Sales business processes and their implementation in Dynamics 365
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 security roles, business rules, and form design best practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical details
- 2 - 3 years of applicable experience
