Support manager in analyzing scale-up companies progressing through Endeavor’s candidate pipeline
Prepare an in-depth written profile on a candidate that has reached the final step in Endeavor’s selection process
Build a high-quality, polished business profile including business model and industry research, meetings with founders, and diligent note-taking
Work primarily with one founder and CEO of a high-growth scale-up and collaborate with colleagues globally
Support ongoing strategic and operational projects spanning team operations, global pipeline, and selection excellence
Collaborate in execution of two monthly International Selection Panels (ISPs) and support daily tasks to execute ISPs
Communicate and build relationships with Endeavor’s worldwide teams, panelists, and entrepreneur candidates
Requirements
Must be a student attending an institution of higher education with courses leading to a degree, certificate, or diploma - internship only for students
Rising university senior academic level (graduating Fall 2026 or Spring 2027)
Eligibility to live and work in the US required
Bring a learning and collaborative mindset and be proactive in checking in with direct managers
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete assigned tasks on time
Preferred: Demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, emerging markets, and/or venture capital
Preferred: Prior internship/extra‑curricular experience at a startup/scale‑up, consulting, venture capital, finance, or international organization
Preferred: Collegiate journalistic experience (particularly business/financial) a plus
Preferred: Proficient data analysis skills (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)
Preferred: Experience with or interest in using AI tools to streamline/uplevel processes
Benefits
Pay: New York State minimum wage ($17/hr), up to 40 hours/week
