Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
- Experience: 5+ years of related experience
- Required Technical skills: 5+ years of proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer or Software Engineer with focus on AI applications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building production applications with Generative AI and Large Language Models (Gemini, Claude, Llama, etc.)
- 2+ years of demonstrable experience with Databricks platform, specifically Databricks GenAI capabilities (Mosaic AI, Model Serving, Vector Search)
- 5+ years of strong proficiency in Python programming with experience in AI application frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel)
- 3+ years of experience with AWS AI services, particularly Bedrock, and integration with cloud-based AI solutions
- Proven experience implementing RAG architectures, vector databases, and semantic search capabilities
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, few-shot learning, and LLM optimization techniques
- Knowledge of responsible AI practices, bias mitigation, and AI safety considerations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to architect complex AI application solutions
- Strong communication skills to explain AI capabilities and limitations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
