Responsibilities
- Lead the development, deployment, and ongoing optimization of AI and Generative AI solutions
- Implement engineering best practices to ensure scalability and uptime
- Track and report on platforms performance and availability metrics
- Be involved in all stages of the model development lifecycle from design to development, testing, and deployment
- Design and implement scalable and reliable systems to AI applications
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps teams to design and implement technical designs and solutions
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends, and continuously improve the platform to meet the changing needs of the company
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Applications, Information Systems or Information Technology
- 7+ years of experience in working with AWS Services, Enterprise Architecture best practices, system engineering and security
- 7+ years of development experience or significant knowledge of software engineering best practices across the development lifecycle, including agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source management, build processes, testing, and operation
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python, AI Frameworks, AIOps
- Familiarity with Containerization and Orchestration technologies, Sagemaker
- Strong software troubleshooting, problem solving and system analysis skills
- Willingness and capability to learn new technologies quickly
- Experience working with remote teams in a matrixed environment
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of technical excellence
