Build agents and develop methodologies for evaluations to support CrowdStrike’s Red Team and Bug Bounty program
Develop and implement AI agents and workflows for offensive security applications, including automated web application testing and adversary tradecraft simulation
Architect and execute comprehensive evaluations to optimize GenAI agent performance and identify suitable Large Language Models (LLMs)
Build reusable components and frameworks for team GenAI use-cases
Research and implement techniques to improve LLM inference, such as fine-tuning
Serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for Generative AI and Machine Learning within the team
Gather requirements and learn offensive security techniques from the team
Help design infrastructure to support the GenAI ecosystem and scale the team’s capabilities
Requirements
2+ years of experience in an engineering role
Proven experience designing and implementing generative AI applications utilizing LLMs, either professionally or on your own
Deep understanding and practical experience with core Generative AI concepts and techniques, including embedding models, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), attention mechanisms, and similarity search
Strong Python development experience writing clean and maintainable code
Ability to learn low level topics, such as protocols (HTTP) and Windows internals, to then implement in code
Clear thinker and efficient communicator (written and verbal)
Go-getter attitude and ability to work independently
Ability to take high level requirements and lead the project to completion
Ability to work remotely with teammates across the organization and maintain healthy working relationships
Familiarity (optional/prior experience not required) with: Python, Docker, AWS, Git
Bonus (preferred) - Existing knowledge in cybersecurity, red teaming, and/or penetration testing
Bonus (preferred) - Experience with advanced GenAI architectures, autonomous agents, and multi-agent systems
