About the role
- Agile Coach guiding product teams in the energy sector towards high-performance BizDevOps teams. Focus on Scrum, Kanban, and agile excellence in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- You establish a continuous improvement process (CIP) within the teams — with a focus on Kanban and agile excellence.
- You increase the efficiency of product teams and support them in meeting their commitments.
- You introduce and further develop agile ways of working such as Scrum, Kanban or hybrid models.
- Together with Product Owners and developers, you refine role definitions and support their personal development.
- Through targeted coaching, facilitation and the removal of impediments, you help teams improve their self-organization.
- Together with the Domain Agile Coach, you work on cross-domain processes, tools and planning structures — always aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or RTE.
- Deep understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and experience in scaled organizations.
- Experience supporting DevOps teams and a basic technical understanding.
- Proven experience with change processes and agile organizational development.
- Hands-on mentality, strong communication skills and a passion for advancing people and processes.
