Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct thorough insurance consultations to align clients with appropriate coverage
  • Present and sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and support
  • Manage sales activity, follow-ups, and renewals using CRM systems
  • Adhere to California Department of Insurance regulations and company compliance standards

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of insurance experience (sales, service, or production)
  • Active California Property & Casualty License
  • Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain shortly after hire)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to consistently meet production goals
  • High degree of professionalism, organization, and initiative
