About the role

  • Perform analysis and entries of invoices for payments to suppliers across various company areas
  • Monitor and manage payments in the system according to deadlines and rules
  • Provide support to internal and external stakeholders regarding the invoice payment process
  • Interface with Accounts Payable, Procurement, Tax, and all Business Areas in São Paulo

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Experience in administrative roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Previous administrative experience in construction companies is a plus
  • Knowledge of financial control and administrative routines
