About the role

  • You are the right hand to executive management for back office tasks and daily operational activities
  • Preparation of preliminary accounting entries and filing
  • HR processes, applicant management and administration
  • Preparation of documents for executive management
  • Organization and scheduling of meetings and travel

Requirements

  • Commercial vocational training or a degree in business administration
  • Experience with accounting processes and procedures
  • Independent, proactive approach to solving problems and challenges
  • Confident user of MS Office applications, especially Excel (Google Sheets / Docs)
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
  • High level of independence, flexibility and reliability
