About the role
- Accountant managing accounting and compliance for Estonian e-residents at Xolo. Collaborating with diverse clients and colleagues using proprietary software to streamline processes.
Responsibilities
- Consult e-residents who run an Estonian OÜ via email
- Ensure customers’ OÜ accounting is as up-to-date as possible
- Process and analyze accounting data using Xolo’s proprietary platform
- Prepare financial statements, tax declarations, and annual reports
Requirements
- Solid understanding of Estonian accounting and tax laws
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Accounting
- Experience with companies run by e-residents is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English and Estonian
- Good written English, as you'll be supporting international clients via email
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong time management skills
- Interest in collaborating with engineering teams to improve products and processes
