Responsibilities
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (German Commercial Code) at group level and execution of monthly consolidation entries.
Support in preparing annual financial statements and in the preparation of audits.
Development of consolidated reports and management analyses for the leadership team and our shareholders.
Further development and automation of consolidation and reporting processes.
Point of contact for tax advisors, auditors and internal stakeholders.
Independent ownership and management of projects within the accounting function.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance or Accounting, or a commercial qualification in accounting or taxation.
At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting—ideally in tax, audit, or a comparable finance role.
Strong numerical affinity, analytical thinking skills and a structured working approach.
Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and motivation to actively shape finance processes.
Excellent MS Excel skills and extensive experience with Lucanet.
Good communication skills in German and English, each at least at B2 level, both written and spoken.
