About the role
- Enterprise Risk Manager embedding risk management frameworks and ensuring compliance for Weatherbys Banking Group in the UK. Delivering high-quality reports and promoting risk awareness across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and embed enterprise-wide risk management frameworks and systems
- Lead the production of high-quality risk reports and thematic analysis for senior committees
- Monitor risk exposure, track key indicators, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Work closely with the Chief Risk Officer to maintain accurate and timely reporting
- Promote a risk-aware culture and support business units through RCSAs and risk event reviews
Requirements
- Experience working with risk events, indicators, or reporting
- Strong report writing and analytical skills
- Exposure to risk systems or tools (e.g. Power BI) is beneficial
- A relevant degree or risk management qualification is beneficial but not essential
- Confidence working with senior leaders
- Comfortable navigating large datasets and tight deadlines
