• Manage and execute all legal and regulatory matters across the Group’s operations in the EU and UK 
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, including EMI, payments law, AML/CFT, GDPR, and related regulatory frameworks 
• Serve as the primary legal contact with external parties on all matters related to the Group 
• Provide hands-on legal advice to senior management and the Board on legal, regulatory, and governance considerations 
• Review, negotiate, and advise on commercial contracts and proposed amendments, providing practical, business-focused guidance

• Preparing, processing, coordinating and assisting with documentation for the group’s entities. In particular, working on commercial contracts with clients (agencies and advertisers) and vendors in different jurisdictions
• Ensuring consistency in documentation throughout the regions and compliance with local-specific regulations
• Creating and updating of procedures and documentation templates
• Preparing reports, analyses, summaries etc. for the internal needs of the group’s companies
• Monitoring changes in the law which may apply to the business of the group’s companies
• Cooperating with respect to particular Compliance matters
• Providing legal support to the group’s stakeholders and employees on related matters
