About the role

  • HRIS Analyst managing integration and development of cloud-based HR systems at Zurich. Collaborating on efficient HR processes and leading system migration initiatives in Switzerland.

Responsibilities

  • You will contribute to the implementation and ongoing development of our new cloud-based core HR system and our overall HR systems landscape.
  • You support the integration, testing, and alignment of SuccessFactors with ServiceNow, SAP HCM, and other interfaces and connected systems.
  • You ensure smooth system operations for our HR applications — before, during, and after migration.
  • You participate in quality assurance and handle operational requests and incidents.

Requirements

  • University degree, ideally in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in supporting and enhancing HR information systems (e.g., ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, OpenText, UKA).
  • Solid knowledge of both operational and strategic HR processes and how they interact.
  • Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills to address issues clearly and with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Excellent German and English skills (C1–C2 level), both written and spoken.
