About the role

  • Senior Program Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of contingent workforce platform integrating VMS, WFM, and LMS. Leading cross-functional teams and vendor strategies at Zoox.

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire contingent workforce program, ensuring delivery across VMS, WFM, and LMS.
  • Define the target-state operating model for contingent labor, including onboarding, compliance, time capture, billing, and offboarding.
  • Drive vendor strategy and governance across staffing suppliers and VMS providers.
  • Lead cross-functional alignment across Operations, HRIS, Finance, Legal, IT, and Security.
  • Manage roadmap definition, execution cadence, risk, and executive reporting.
  • Ensure compliance, scalability, and cost transparency across the contingent workforce lifecycle.
  • Provide strategic guidance for integration and operational adoption.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of program management experience with a focus on contingent workforce programs.
  • Hands-on experience with VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline).
  • Strong knowledge of contingent labor compliance and supplier management.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
