Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and scenarios
- Build test cases and scenarios into test systems
- Conduct manual and automated testing (UI, regression, usability, negative, and reliability testing)
- Perform defect tracking, triage, retesting, and resolution
- Ensure QA documentation, reporting, and governance compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, healthcare or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance can substitute for formal education
- 5 years translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and scenarios
- 5 years building test cases and scenarios into test systems
- 3 years deep knowledge of healthcare operations (preferably Medicaid), business processes
- 3 years direct hands-on experience with formal test design tools; proficient in use of manual or automated testing tools such as Azure DevOps or Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
- Technical and/or Project Management certifications from recognized sources (Preferred Skills)
- 5+ years of large enterprise or e-business systems experience (Preferred Skills)
- 3+ years of prior experience working in a standard SDLC (waterfall methodology) & in AGILE delivery (Preferred Skills)
