Responsibilities
Lead and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables for new manufacturing processes.
Oversee validation of manufacturability, feasibility studies, and process capability evaluations.
Administer new process launches including tooling implementation, engineering changes, and customer phase approvals.
Conduct comparative analyses between new and current product platforms and ensure tooling compatibility.
Coordinate and close open issues (PDCA) and implement lessons learned into future processes.
Deliver complete manufacturing process documentation according to BIQ's and customer requirements.
Train operational personnel and secure technical/material resources for successful process ramp-up.
Analyze process data and operational metrics to define priorities and drive optimization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing within the automotive industry (previous experience with Promess presses, Keyence visual systems, Staubli are highly considered).
Advanced English proficiency; strong communication across multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in project management, process validation, and manufacturing documentation (AMEF, Flow Diagrams, Standard Work, Poka‑Yoke, etc.).
Ability to interpret engineering designs and evaluate requirements for new products.
Strong analytical skills for reviewing dimensional data, metrics, and process KPIs.
Availability for travel and flexible schedules depending on project phases.
Knowledge and compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and customer-specific requirements.
